Construction Liquidations January 1994 - October 2023

Fewer businesses in construction were liquidated during the month of October 2023, down from 8 to 5, or -38% y-y.  Around 13 businesses were liquidated on a compulsory basis (up 8 percent) and 55 on a voluntary basis (down 23 percent) over the first ten months. This is a better start to the 4th quarter of 2023, following the 60 percent y-y increase in Q3.

On a year to date comparison construction liquidations are still lower by 18 percent.
