The total number of construction liquidations increased by 32 percent y-y in 2022 to a total of 94, with a 6 percent y/y increase in Q4.  Compulsory liquidations increased by 56 percent and contributed 15 percent of total liquidations in the industry. Voluntary liquidations increased by 29 percent y/y.
