Provincial Construction Pipeline Dashboard January 2023

In the January 2023 update of the provincial construction pipeline report, the overall rand value of the construction pipeline increased by 5.5 percent y-y (nominal) over a 12-month period, down an increase of 8.3 percent in the October 2022 update and 10.1 percent in the August 2022 update. This shows a slowdown in the overall value of projects either at approval or tender stage.
