Construction Material Price Indices January 2023

The composite index for ex-factory prices of local construction materials jumped 1.8 percent m-m in January 2023, accelerating the average year on year increase from 9.2 percent to 9.4 percent. January being typically known for material price adjustments majority materials showed below inflationary increase except for sand and bricks.
