Construction Material Price Indices February 2023

The composite index for construction materials slowed to an annual increase of 9.1 percent from 9.4 percent. Several materials however are exceeding the national average increase, including sand, paint, cement, plastic pipes, tubes and fittings, ceiling boards and more.
