CRMS Report August 2022

The CRMS index gained 0.2 percent in August 2022, with 77 percent of the companies included in the compilation of the index, reporting lower market cap values. The contractor's index lost 4.7 percent in August, while suppliers gained 2.8 percent. Although the retailer's index gained 18 percent, all is not well with local retailers. The overall property fund index (including residential and non-residential property funds) lost 4.4 percent.
