PULSE- Operation Vulindlela Progress Report: Summary 2023/24 Q1 and Q2

Monitoring the progress in the implementation of priority structural reforms. Lack of structural reforms has been identified as a major impediment to improve economic growth, and thereby also seen as a significant constraint for the construction industry. The following provides a summary of key milestone reached in Q1 and Q2 of 2023/24 in terms of electricity, water, energy, and housing, and what can be expected for Q3. Since the 1st quarter of 2023/24, the number of projects on track increased by 40 percent and the number of projects completed by 10 percent. This review includes a summary of the main highlights.
