Provincial Construction Pipeline Dashboard April 2023

According to data as April 2023, the annual rate of change in the provincial construction pipeline accelerated to 10.3 percent y-y from 7.7 percent in our previous (May 2023) update. This means the value of projects in the pipeline (based on approvals and tenders released) has increased by a faster rate. The provincial dashboard includes an overview for each of the nine provinces, including estimates related to their respective construction pipeline with regards to private and public sector building activity, for both the building and civil sectors.
