Preferred Construction Material Supplier and Competitor Survey April 2025

The April 2025 Industry Insight Preferred Supplier and Competitor Survey examined the Market Exposure Rate (MER) of construction material suppliers based on their involvement in projects rather than sales volumes. The survey covered 40 construction projects totaling around R4.2 billion, primarily in sectors like education, social housing, power, water, and roads, with an additional 15 older projects valued at about R2 billion nearing completion despite delays such as late payments, weather issues, and community disruptions.
