CRMS Dashboard April 2023

The composite CRMS index gained 0.3 percent m-m in April 2023 to 66.9, following a monthly decrease of 4.6 percent in March. Two of the six sub-indices contracted in April, Contractors showing the steepest decline, down 2.6 percent m-m, with Retailers' sub-index down 1.4 percent.  The Suppliers and Residential Property Funds' sub-indices both recorded gains of more than 5 percent for the month.
