The industry is still in the aftermath of the SONA, with heated debates on whether the presidency can (this time round) honour the promises made. We are in,  (the seemingly lonely corner) that believe government is stuck between rock and a hard place, with the collapse of wide spread infrastructure having reach such a critical point that there is no other way out, than to either re-prioritise spending programmes, or invite the private sector to participate. Government has simply run out of options to....
