The estimated nominal value of civil projects out to tender increased by 37 percent y-y in the 3rd quarter of 2022, following a more negative 20 percent contraction in Q2. Total nominal values increased by 5 percent y-y for the first nine months of 2022, with strong differentiation between provinces.
