Wholesale trade sales of construction material experienced a stellar month in June 2026, with sales up more than 20% y-y, making it the best performing sector in the wholesale trade market for the month. Retail sales of construction materials (consumer driven) was more muted as affordability constraints continue to negatively impact demand.
