Gauteng emerged with the highest tender values, driven by significant student accommodation projects, while KwaZulu-Natal notably lagged with a sharp decrease in tender values. Despite overall weakness, provinces like Limpopo, Eastern Cape, and North West Province rely heavily on public sector projects, providing crucial economic stability during downturns.
