Public Sector Building Tender Values Dataset April 2026
Public Sector building activity fell by 64 percent y-y in April, following a temporary increase in March. Tender values have consistently improved over the last few quarters, making this a disappointing start to the 2nd quarter of 2026. The value of public sector building projects awarded was equally dismal in April 2026, down 81 percent y-y, following three consecutive months of increases reported between January and March 2026.
