Cement Trade Statistics Dashboard August 2026

Imported cement eased in August down 18.3% m-m and 42.8% y-y to 130,714 t. On a year to date basis imports are still up 8.4% to 1.04 million tons, dominated by Viet Nam (85%). Mozambique is much smaller but growing fastest, with 92,501 t year to date (+28.2%). Namibia, at 22,215 t, is down 38.0%.
