The CRMS index increased by 5.7 percent m-m in October 2022, supported largely by an increase in the overall market cap values of property funds. The contractors, retailers and suppliers indices reported overall losses for the month. However October was a little better than September, as a lower 55 percent of the companies included in the compilation of the index reported losses, compared to 85 percent in September.
