The annual increase in the composite construction material price index slowed to 12.5 percent y-y in March 2022 from 13.2 percent in February. Several materials have shown an above average inflationary increase, amongst others, paint, pipes, tubes and fittings, ceiling boards, bituminous mixtures and reinforcing steel.
