The real value of building plans approved for private sector construction increased by 2 percent m-m in February 2022, but was significantly lower (down 28 percent y-y) compared to the same month in 2021. Approvals were lower across all market segments, with 3 out of the 4 higher capacity provinces recording a significant decline.
