Construction Activity Map — Value & Location

Civil and building projects tracked since January 2023, plotted at the municipal coordinates supplied for each project. Circle area is proportional to value or project count (toggle below); colour separates Civil from Building work. The map shows one status at a time (Awarded when it opens — switch with the Status filter), so totals never mix awards, tenders and cancellations, and each project is counted once. Filter by province, municipality, economic sector, CIDB grade, month or year to focus on any slice you need — this map is refreshed as new monthly data comes in.
